Q: What’s The Difference Between The Free Trial And The Full Version?
A: Both the free trial and the full version use the same installation. However, the trial version only allows users to scan the device and preview the lost data. You would have to upgrade the trial version to a full version in order to recover the previewed data to your computer.

Q: What If I Purchased The Wrong Product By Mistake?

Q: How Long Can I Receive The Registration Code?
A: Commonly, after an order is placed successfully, the registration key will be sent to the email address which you used to place your order within 1 hour. However, sometimes the arrival of the registration e-mail can be delayed, due to internet or system glitches, email spam settings, email typo, etc. If you haven’t received the registration email within 2 hours, please contact us via support@jihosoft.com for help or you can go here to retrieve registration code directly.

Q: Where Is The Registered Entrance?
A: In the product interface, click on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner. Then click on the “Register” button and enter your registration email and key in the pop-up window.

Q: Why My Registration Failed?
A: There are some reasons will result in the registration failure.
1) General reason:
Case sensitivity, typing errors, spaces, and the program also need to maintain a network connection.

2) Registered twice:
Each personal edition just allows to be installed on two PCs and registered two times. If you have registered the program two times and still try to enter the license code into the registration panel, it will prompt you that the registration code is incorrect.

3) Need time to response:
If you click the "register" button too often, the program needs time to response. Sometime it prompts that your registration code is incorrect, actually you have registered it successfully. You can check the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the main page button. If you can not find the “register” button, that means you have registered our program successful.
