A: The trial version allows you to scan your Android device and preview the scan result before erasing. And it allows you to erase 3 items for each type of data. If you want to erase more, you have to upgrade to the full version.

Q: Why My Phone Can't be Detected by the Program?
A: Before you run the program, please enable USB debugging on your Android device. Then, install the corresponding USB Driver on your computer. After that, connect your Android phone to PC with USB cable and run the software again to see if your device can be recognized or not.
